Q: How long do repairs take?
A: All repairs are based on an estimated time basis. Most repairs can be completed in 30 minutes or less. Computer and laptop repairs may take 1-3 business days. Game consoles and motherboard repairs can take 5-10 business days. We strive to get your electronics back to you as quickly as possible. If parts have to be ordered for your device, please allow 3-5 additional business days for part delivery.

How much do you charge for an estimate?
A: Because there are many different models of devices and every repair is unique, we offer free estimates and can do free basic diagnostics for your device. You will need to contact us for an estimated cost of your repair. Be sure to give us the exact model number for better accuracy. And if you need diagnostics for your device, please be sure to bring any chargers or accessories you use.

A: We offer a 45 Day warranty. Special order parts warranty may vary depending on the availability of replacement parts and manufacturer.

A: Depending on your device and the type of unlocking you need we may be able to help you. Please contact us for availability and pricing.

A: Of course! We value our customers greatly. Military, veterans, healthcare workers, students, seniors, police, firemen, and federal employees discounts are available!
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept Cash, debit, credit cards, and contactless payments including Apple Pay.
Q: Do I need an appointment?
A: Walk-ins are welcomed during regular business hours. However, because we do have appointments booked weeks at a time, we may not have a technician available for your repair right away. Normal wait times can range from 30 minutes to the next business day depending on your repair and repairs ahead of you.
Q: Is the replacement part original?
A: Depending on availability, we offer the affordable option of using our high-quality aftermarket parts. these parts are the highest grade available and offer the closest quality to OEM. We do offer upgrades to original OEM parts upon availability.
Q: Will I lose any of my data?
A:Although uncommon, Data loss may occur as a result of work done on your electronic device. We recommend backing up your device before allowing any repair to be performed in the event of any data loss and hardware or software failure.
Q: Will my device still be waterproof after the repair?
A: Once your device breaks, it is no longer waterproof. It has been exposed to the outside elements including moisture, we cannot guarantee your device has not incurred any water damage resulting from your device breaking. however, in every repair, we carefully inspect your device and clean any visible traces of outside elements, and include a new water seal. We do not recommend putting your device in or near any liquid.
